We refund via Store Credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code on all full priced items within 15 days of when the order was received.
We only accept returns that are in unworn, original condition with tags attached.
Please send your return label request to onlinesales@moandj.com. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s), the shipping costs will be deducted from your Store Credit.
All Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All sale item returns within 15 days will be refunded via Store Credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
All sale items purchased with a discount code on top of the sale price are final sale.
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return credit once it is received by our Distribution Center.
